Ludoterapia: A Monthly Mental Health & Wellness Group
Ludoterapia, or play therapy for adults, is a powerful, research-backed approach that uses creative expression and hands-on activities to promote emotional well-being, self-discovery, and stress relief. Rooted in neuroscience and psychological research, this group provides a supportive space for individuals to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth through play and creativity.
Each month, we engage in guided activities such as collage-making, coloring, clay work, and DIY self-care projects like handmade scrubs, all designed to enhance mindfulness, reduce anxiety, and encourage self-expression. Through these playful yet intentional exercises, participants can reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system, and build emotional resilience in a welcoming community.
This group is perfect for those seeking a creative and therapeutic outlet to support their mental health. No artistic experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore the healing power of play.

La ludoterapia, o terapia a través del juego para adultos, es un enfoque poderoso y basado en la investigación que utiliza la expresión creativa y actividades prácticas para promover el bienestar emocional, el autoconocimiento y el alivio del estrés. Con raíces en la neurociencia y la psicología, este grupo ofrece un espacio de apoyo donde los participantes pueden explorar sus emociones, desarrollar estrategias de afrontamiento y fomentar el crecimiento personal a través del juego y la creatividad.
Cada mes, realizamos actividades guiadas como collage, coloreado, trabajo con arcilla y proyectos de autocuidado como exfoliantes caseros, diseñados para mejorar la atención plena, reducir la ansiedad y fomentar la autoexpresión.
